Effective August 14, 2009, the Hunt Ventures team of investment professionals spun off from Hunt Consolidated, Inc. and is now operating as Sabine Ventures Management ("SVM"). The SVM principals will continue to manage Hunt Ventures I, L.P., an early stage venture capital fund formed in May 2008.

Hunt Ventures is a venture capital firm focused on investing in early-stage technology companies. Our team of experienced investment professionals is committed to working with entrepreneurs to build great companies that address unmet needs in the marketplace. In addition to providing capital, we leverage our broad industry knowledge, relationships and investment experience to complement the strengths of the entrepreneur. Although Hunt Ventures was formally established in 1998, the Hunt organization has been quietly investing in early-stage opportunistic situations over several decades. In addition to our direct invest-
ments, we have interests in several leading venture capital partnerships.

Hunt Ventures is currently investing out of Hunt Ventures Fund I, L.P., which closed in May 2008 with a total partnership size of $140 million.
